Most of these guarantees, testimonies and proofs are only meant to sway you into to paying a fee you will kiss goodbye because chances of you getting it back are one in a million. Experienced web surfers say that when it comes to the Internet, only one rule applies best, "If the deal is too good to be true, then it probably is!"
